The Benchmark Culture

Being a part of the Benchmark Community Bank family demonstrates "community" at its core. Since our earliest days as The Lunenburg County Bank, our organization has focused on contributing to an enhanced hometown quality of life in the communities we serve.

When the bank expanded into surrounding counties and changed its name in 1989, we kept service and knowing our customer at the heart of who we are. Benchmark employees are people you see in your neighborhood, the grocery store, at your kids' activities, and at church. Benchmark lives up to our pledge to be involved in and support civic organizations and events, as well as invest in the communities we serve.

As a Benchmarker, you will be encouraged to be involved in the activities that make where you live, work, and play "home."

We look forward to talking with you about how you can "Come home to Benchmark."
