What are the requirements to use Zelle® with Benchmark?
- You must have a deposit account in good standing.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- The service is intended for personal use, not business or commercial use.
- You agree that you will not use the Service to send or receive payments in connection with a purchase/sale of goods.

1. Transactions typically occur in minutes between enrolled users. If a recipient is not enrolled with Zelle®, it could take 1 to 3 business days to receive the money once the enrollment is completed.
2. Must have a bank account in the U.S. to use Zelle®.
3. To send payment requests or split payment requests, the U.S. mobile number must already be enrolled in Zelle®.
