Benchmark Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Kristen Sadler to Branch Manager for the Bank’s South Hill branch.

"I always thought banking would be a good fit for me as I watched my mom progress throughout her career with a local community bank," said Kristen. "After earning two associate’s degrees in business management and business administration from Southside Virginia Community College, I started applying. I’ve always enjoyed meeting new people, assisting in any way I can to help others and anything that is related to math."
"In 2014, I was fortunate enough to finally land my first position with Benchmark Community Bank as a Floating Teller. I’ve worked with so many wonderful people along the way that have shaped me into who I am today. I’ve had the opportunity to work in many capacities on the retail side, and I’m grateful for each opportunity I have been blessed with that has helped me grow within my banking career. I enjoy coming to work each day because I know making a positive impact in someone else’s life is what it’s all about."
Outside of Benchmark, Kristen and her husband, Curt, are proud parents to one daughter and are active members in their church, where she serves as treasurer. Kristen is also on the finance committee for Tanglewood Shores Association. She enjoys nature walks, spending time outdoors, and hunting.
